Delivery

Delivery and shipping costs will be calculated at check out and will be based on the invoice total and the shipping postcode entered.

Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you to arrange a date and time that is suitable for you for us to deliver. Depending on stock availability and what time the order is placed this may be done same day or next day.

Any items being delivered by our technicians will include assembly and set up within the delivery cost. The technician will make sure everything is working correctly and will ensure you are happy with your product. They will show you how everything works and answer any questions you have. They will also take away any unwanted packaging with them when they leave.

Please note some larger items such as Mobility Scooters, Rise & Recliners etc. may need to be ordered from our suppliers, which depending on stock availability, is usually within 2-3 working days. The time frame for these do vary, however we will contact you to let you know how long this will take and an estimated time frame of delivery.

Any item that is being shipped either by Royal Mail or DPD will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and tracking information, if available, will be emailed.

Please note we strongly suggest ensuring you will be home on your delivery date, request your item to be left with a trusted neighbour or collect from your local delivery depot. If you make any requests for your item to be left in a safe place via the courier notes, Relief Orthotics Ltd are unable to claim for any missing items or damaged parcels once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided.

If your product arrives damaged in any way, please report immediately by signing the couriers delivery note – damaged on arrival – and contacting us on the same day delivery.
